Free trial

the first 2days are free and nothing is charged during that period. If you stop during the trial, no payment is taken.

Within 7 days of payment

Request a refund within 7 days of payment and we refund it in full, whether or not you used the service.

After 7 days

We refund the unused portion, calculated pro rata by day. The calculation is:

Refund = amount paid × (days remaining ÷ days in billing cycle)

When we don't refund

(1) Access was restricted because the service was misused.
(2) The complaint concerns the outcome of actions executed correctly within the limits you set. If our error caused an action outside your limits, that is refundable.

How to request

'My settings → Requests' tab, or contact [email protected]로 support. We process refunds within 3 business days; depending on your payment method it can take a further 3–7 business days to reach you.
