Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These terms set out Project Team for You(the "Company") for GAOPS, the automated Google Ads operations service (the "Service") the terms of use and the rights and obligations of the Company and the user.

2. The service

The service reads performance data from the Google Ads account you connect and, within the limits you set in advance, adjusts budgets, bids, keyword status and negative keywords. It then verifies the outcome against conversions and cost per conversion, and feeds that back into later decisions.

3. Your settings and responsibilities

(1) You decide which actions the service may take automatically, and within what limits.
(2) Anything you have not allowed is reported to you but never executed.
(3) You are responsible for reviewing what the service proposes or executes. Final responsibility for your advertising rests with you.
(4) You can stop automatic execution at any time and switch to proposals only.

4. Our obligations and the limits of our liability

(1) We enforce your limits in code. Actions outside those limits are not executed.
(2) We do not guarantee improved advertising performance. Results depend on competition, seasonality, landing pages, product competitiveness and other factors outside our control.
(3) We are not liable for losses arising from Google Ads policy changes, outages or delays, absent intent or gross negligence on our part.
(4) Our liability is capped at the fee you paid us in the month the issue arose.

5. Fees

The fee is 50 USD per month. The first 2days are free. We may change the fee with advance notice; the new fee applies from the next billing cycle.

6. Handling account data

We access your ad account data only as far as the service requires, and we do not share it with third parties or use it to improve the service for other users. What the service learns from your account is used only for your account.

7. Suspension and termination

(1) You may stop using the service at any time.
(2) If the service is misused or used to breach Google Ads policy, we may restrict access after giving notice.

8. Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are subject to the court with jurisdiction over the Company's registered address.
